Cafeteria Benefit Plan

Cafeteria Benefit Plan means:
an arrangement under which each employee of a company may choose his or her own benefit structure within a designated premium limitation. For example, one employee may select a more comprehensive health insurance plan for the allocation of premiums, while another employee may allocate more of the premiums to the purchase of pension benefits.
