Deductibility of Employer Contributions

Deductibility of Employer Contributions

Deductibility of Employer Contributions means:
an employer's ability to deduct, as a business expense for tax purposes, contributions such as pensions and health insurance, made under qualified employee benefit plans, on behalf of employees. Employer contributions are not considered current taxable income to the employee. Significant tax advantages are therefore available to both employer and employee.
