Quid Pro Quo
Quid Pro Quo (latin legal term) means:
Latin for “something for something”; one thing (often a service) in exchange for another of presumably equal value. For charitable contributions after 1993, a charitable organization that provides more than $75 of services in exchange for a contribution must tell the donor the value of the services and that only the value of contributions beyond the value of services is deductible.
