Supreme Court

Supreme Court means:
the highest appellate court or the court of last resort in the federal court system and in most states. The constitutionality of a tax law and a small number of tax decisions by Courts of Appeal are reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court under its certiorari procedure. See also Writ of Certiorari.
