Tax Return

Tax Return means:
a Former Federal Tax Form (check here if the Form is current) used to provide sufficient information (e.g., gross income, deductions, credits) concerning taxable income to permit the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to calculate the tax liability. To report income, individuals use Former Federal Tax Form (check here if the Form is current) 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ; corporations, Former Federal Tax Form (check here if the Form is current) 1120; S corporations, Former Federal Tax Form (check here if the Form is current) 1120S; partnerships, Former Federal Tax Form (check here if the Form is current) 1065; and estates and trusts, Former Federal Tax Form (check here if the Form is current) 1041.
