Top-heavy Plan

Top-heavy Plan means:
a retirement plan in which key employees have accumulated 60% or more of the contributions or benefits so that the plan does not apply to employees uniformly. Restrictive vesting schedules apply to a top-heavy plan. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §4l6(g).
