Annual Gas Balancing Method means:
a method requiring that there be an annual settlement of gas balances, and that all producers include all of the income from sales of gas. Former U.S. Treasury Department Proposed Regulation (check if this Prop. Reg. is current here) §1.76l-2(d)(3)(ii)(A).
