Business Gift

Business Gift means:
a deduction limited to $25 per recipient per year. Advertising items such as pencils, pens, and calendars embossed with a business name and costing $4 or less apiece do not figure into the $25 limitation. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §274(b)(l).
