Common Paymaster

Common Paymaster means:
the corporation that pays the total wages of an individual employed by two or more related corporations at the same time. The corporations are considered a single employer and need pay, in total, no more in Social Security or Medicare taxes than a single employer would. In order to be allowed a deduction, the employer must reimburse the common paymaster.
