Commuter Highway Vehicle
Commuter Highway Vehicle means:
a highway vehicle that has a seating capacity of at least six adults. Further, at least 80% of the use of the vehicle must be for transporting employees between their residences and their places of employment. Use of such a vehicle by an employee is a qualified fringe benefit received by the employee; up to $60 per month worth of service can be excluded by employees.
