Disqualifying Person

Disqualifying Person means:
a person who is a substantial contributor to a private foundation, the foundation manager, an owner of more than 20% of a business organization that is a substantial contributor to the foundation, or other specified party. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §4946(a).
