Distributable Net Income

Distributable Net Income means:
a unique concept under fiduciary taxation, whereby DNI is the result of deducting administrative expenses and net long-term capital gain allocated to the trust's principal amount, or corpus, from adjusted taxable income, and then adding adjusted tax-exempt income.
