Distribution Deduction

Distribution Deduction means:
a modification of the distributable net income (DNI) concept. A distribution deduction represents the smaller of (1) the fiduciary accounting income required to be distributed currently under Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §651(a) and (2) the modified DNI under Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §651(b).
