Educational Assistance Program
Educational Assistance Program means:
employer-provided reimbursement to employees for tuition, fees, books, and supplies. Up to $5,250 per year received by an employee under such a program before January 1, 1995, may be excluded from gross income. Any amount in excess of $5,250 is includable in the employee's gross income. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §127.
