Jurisdiction means:

For example, the U.S. Court of Appeals has exclusive jurisdiction to review decisions of the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit has jurisdiction over decisions from the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
