Livestock

Livestock means:
cattle, horses, and other farm animals, except poultry, fish, frogs, or birds. Former Tax Regulation (check if this Reg. is current here) §1.1231-2(a)(3). Under certain conditions, livestock can be classified as Section 1231 assets.
