Real Estate Reporting Person

Real Estate Reporting Person means:
an individual who is responsible for the reporting of Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §6045(e) real estate transactions (e.g., a buyer's attorney, a settlement agent). Former Tax Regulation (check if this Reg. is current here) § 1,6045-4(e).
