Tax Planning
Tax Planning means:
the systematic analysis of differing tax options aimed at the minimization of tax liability in current and future tax periods. Arrangement of a person's business and /or private affairs in order to minimize tax liability. Decisions on whether to file jointly or separately, when to sell an asset, when to withdraw retirement funds, when to pay expenditures, who is to receive income, the timing and amounts of gifts to be made, and estate planning are examples of tax planning.
