Unauthorized Disclosure

Unauthorized Disclosure means:
prohibited against disclosure of tax returns and return information, which is a felony punishable by a fine up to $5,000, imprisonment for up to 5 years, or both. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §7213.
