Nonresident Trust
Nonresident Trust means:
a trust established and administered under the laws of a foreign country, whose trustee is a foreign entity and whose corpus is located in a foreign country. The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) considers a trust to be a nonresident trust if it is comparable to a nonresident alien individual.
