Stock Bonus Plan

Stock Bonus Plan means:
a type of defined-contribution plan that provides benefits similar to those of a profit-sharing plan. Benefits are payable in the form of a company's stock. Only a corporation can set up a stock bonus plan. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §401.
