Constructive Sales Price

Constructive Sales Price means:
the price at which firearms are sold in the ordinary course of trade by manufacturers or producers. A 10% (or 11%) manufacturer tax is applied to the constructive sales price of firearms. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §4116(b).
