Nonprofit Organization

Nonprofit Organization means:
an association that is allowed to exist without paying income taxes. Most nonprofit organizations (hospitals, educational institutions, charities) provide socially desirable services, and those qualified by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service may receive contributions that are tax deductible to the donor.
