Presidential Campaign Election Fund

Presidential Campaign Election Fund means:
a fund inititated by Congress to help pay presidential election campaign costs. An individual may allocate $3 of his or her tax liability ($6 for a joint return) to be used for this purpose. Such allocation does not affect the amount of the individual's tax liability. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §9001.
