Substantially Rehabilitated
Substantially Rehabilitated is used.
with respect to the tax credit for rehabilitation expenditures, referring to a property for which these expenditures exceed the greater of the adjusted basis of the property before rehabilitation or $5,000. Such a property is deemed to have been substantially rehabilitated. Former IRC (check if this IRC provision is current here) §47(c)(l)(C).
