Revolving Credit Plan
Revolving Credit Plan means:
a plan whereby additional debt may be incurred for goods purchased, up to a maximum credit limit, before the original debt must be retired; also known as open-end credit. Most bank credit cards extend this form of credit. Income from the sale of personal property under a revolving credit plan cannot be reported under the installment sale method. All payments are treated as received in the year of sale.
